Bouton for send the active form attached in a mail

I am creating a form that I am protecting to make sure
that the user will only write in the correct field.
At the end I would like to create a little bouton that
will allow to open a email box with the form attached,
plus also the To: and Subject: completed but I am sure
that it is not the most complicated part of my request
