Boy Do I Need Help

J

Jim Estep

I downloaded the "automatic" backup program from MS and I want to backup to
one of my CD/RW Drives - E, however when it tries to do so I get an error
message and my backup fails. What can I do ?

Also, can I take my backup copy, assuming I can create one, with me when I
travel and then run it on another computer?

What program are you talking about? The OUtlook backup program? What
version of Outlook? What is the error message in full? Did it ever work?
What happens if you select another location rather than the CD-RW drive?
