Brainstorming Template - Outline does not function properly

In this template you select topics and subtopics that are
displayed on the screen. Viewing the brainstorming
outline window is where using the "move up/down" controls
are supposed to move the item in the drawing.

While the item does move as directed in the outline
window, the item does not change its position on the main
window.

This happens regardless of the layout used.

Does anyone know of a work aroound?

I've spoken to Microsoft. They confirm this is a bug in Visio
Professional 2003. They stated there should be a fix contained in the
next Office Service Pack SP4 when it becomes available.

Hi,

As already mentioned, this is a known issue with VIsio 2003. I would
suggest that you manually move the sub-topics and then choose Auto-Arrange
shapes from the Brainstorming menu. THis would retain the changes made.

Also, I recommend that you check for the updates for VIsio on the following
