break it Y-scale

Trying to do a bar chart in which one bar is much larger that all the rest. is there a way to put a break in the Y-scale (e.g. it skips a couple gridlines and puts in a "squiggly" to symbolize the break) so that the one large bar does not visually dominate the others?
