Breaking A Table Row Across Page

I have a row which contains several paragraphs and
therefore is forced to the next page. This leaves the
previous page with a large blank, white space. I have
tried selecting the "Allow row to break across pages",
however this still doesn't work. How can I get the first
part of the row to appear at the bottom of one page and
the second part on the next page?

Do you have any vertically merged cells in the row?
