Briefcase

My office PC is a Thinkpad in a docking station. I use the
briefcase function to transport data from our server to my
Thinkpad. My server had some e-mails which I had saved as
HTMLs. However the actual e-mails were deleted. Here is my
problem.

My briefcase has these six files which I can not open or
delete with any program. On the server, I was able to
convert these to word docs. However, in the briefcase, I
can't copy over them either with the doc files so in
essense they sit in my briefcase and annoy me. Help please?

The system will not let me delete the files or any of the
brief case folders above them. My message is "cannot find
the specified file" Make sure you specify the correct
path. Pretty frustrating.

Shot in the dark: Have you tried deleting and recreating

your briefcase? Or just create a new briefcase and test it
out before deleting your original.
