I'm frustrated by the lack of the What's This feature that was included in
earlier versions of MS Office. I don't know when it was taken out but my
employer has upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003 and the feature isn't there.
As an IT Trainer dealing with novices this feature was an ideal way to get
them to find out what a menu command, a toolbar button or an interface
component did, as well as checking the formatting of text in Word.
