Most messages about the Task Pane seem to complain about them--I love it. The
MSOXP one was a brilliant invention and I deliver training in all of the
suite so went to town about it and spread the glad tidings. But now we have
adopted MSO2003 and Microsoft has fixed something that did not need fixing
and made it worse. Normally users do not need Help as soon as they turn on an
application, but you have added Help to the 'Getting Started' pane. Normally
users start with a blank, or an existing file or a template but (to make room
for the unnecessary Help) Microsoft has shoved the necessary templates off to
a second New Document pane.
Please put it back to the very useful way it was!
