Bring Text or Image in front and Moving with arrow key???

Hello,

How can I move my text to front of image?
b/c when I move my text to image it went behind of the image.
In visio they do have some option like "bring front, bring back, etc.." is
there any option in onenote like that?

And How can I move image using the arrow key? whenever I tried it doesn't
work, it works as TAP key (going to the next selection)

Right-click on the image and select "Set Image as Background". This
ensures that ll text will be placed on top of the image.

If the image is in its own note container, you can right-click on the
container handle at the top of the container and select "Move", which
will the respond to the arrow keys. It moves the whole container, hot
just the image. Other than that, that type of KB interaction does not
exist in OneNote.
