Broacast Emailing to Contact Database

I am looking to send and email to all my sales contacts
without showing all 2000 of them in the TO: Box

I tried Mail Merge but it brings up MSWORD and I am not
trying to send a letter just email text..

I created a Distribution list but this doesny seem to give
me any more options.

Can anyone help?
