Broadcast faxing using merge fields from Word 2003

F

Faxnovice

I would like to send out a broadcast fax from my computer using my internal
fax modem, taking data from Access or another contacts database, and merging
information such as a company name, a fax number, a product name and other
data from the database, into each fax that goes out.

There are fax service companies that will do this for me, but I'd rather do
this on my own if possible.

Can anyone give me any direction as to how to do this? All of the
information I've found on line doesn't seem to cover my configuration. I'm
using Office Professional Edition 2003.

I have WinFax Pro 10.0 available to install, but understand that that will
only help me to send out the same static document to each recipient, with no
merging of contact data into merge fields (other than in the fax header) to
make each fax personalized. Perhaps I'm misinformed about this though.

Thanks for any direction on this.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?RmF4bm92aWNl?=,

An Outlook newsgroup would probably be the best place to get help with this.
They generally have more idea about using faxing capabilities under Windows.
