Broken Format Painter

Unfortunately, my Format Painter doesn't seem to function the same as it does
in other MS applications. When I double-click on it, it still only pastes
the selected formating one time, and then it turns off. Do I need to do
anything to enable continuous formating after double-clicking the Format
Painter?

You are right.
The Visio help says =
"Copy formatting from one shape to another
Select the shape whose formatting you want to copy.
Do one of the following:
To format a single shape, click Format Painter .
To format multiple shapes as you click, double-click Format Painter .
Click the shape to which you want to copy the formatting."

In Excel this works. In Visio (2003) the double click does not seem to be
recognised.

Does anyone know where we can find the known bugs in Visio ?

Working here too on Visio 2007 Sp1

Seems to work fine here, Visio 2000 and 2003.

I just now installed the Sp1 update for Visio2007, but it still doesn't work.

How do I find out if this is a bug?

As you really, really want it, I tried a little experiment without much hope.

At work,
Windows 2000 Professional.
Start, Settings, Control Panel, Mouse, I slowed the double click speed.

Now it works in Visio (2003)
And it allways worked in Excel.

HAHAHA! Congratulations to me too.

Slowing the mouse click speed worked. I never would have thought of that
because it always worked in all my other MS apps. Strange. But I'm happy
now... thanks!
