Broken Graphic Objects

Our new company logo appears as a broken graphic object
(box with red "X" in upper left hand corner)when our
administrator e-mails a Word document. I can delete, and
add same JPEG file she has and it looks fine. I can send
back to her and she sees it fine. She send back to me,
and it's broken again.

Was working before she switched from AOL to Outlook
express.

She is running Word 97, and I am on Word 2002.

Any ideas?
