Steve:

Microsoft bowed to pressure from some its partners to not release this
material to end users for fear of making it too easy for people to deploy it
themselves. Thus, and unfounded fear lead to the broken link. Dale and I
advocate for the end-user, so we've been one opposing voice in this
controversy. I've said to the powers that be, "well at least have the link
resolve somewhere with an explanation.." but to no avail. We live with the
frustration, Microsoft lives with the embarrassment. Life goes on.
