Broken Link to PWA 2007

I am getting the dreaded "Oops! This link appears to be broken" message when
I try to access a PWA Test environment.

I have been able to connect to it previously using the same link (and I
verified the link with someone else who can still reach the site, too, just
to be on the safe side). I was previously able to link both through PWA and
through Project Pro.

I can still connect to their Prod environment but need to use Test. I've
tried Test with both "http" and "https" but it doesn't make any difference.
In Test, "http" is the one that I'd previously used and had saved as my
Favorite to it.

In both cases, I go through VPN. When I click on the Prod PWA URL, I get a
logon screen for ISA Server 2006. I log on successfully to that, and go
straight to the PWA home screen.

However, when I click the link for the Test PWA URL, the logon screen for
ISA Server 2006 does not appear, and instead I get the broken link message
for the PWA link.

The EPM admininistrator (very new) has reassured me that my Project Server
account is still active so that should not be the problem.

What questions or advice can I give to the EPM administrator or to the
network administrator in order to troubleshoot this access problem?

Thank you!

Gertie, it appears that the test environment is not working. The first thing
I would ask the Admin guy is to check if he can access the test environment.
If this is the case, I can imagine that it is the VPN connection may prevent
you from logging on. So the next thing I would ask the Admin guy to log on
using a VPN to see if he has the same error. If so, than you know it has
something to do with the VPN.
Try out these suggestions and let me know how you go
Thanks

The admin can access the test environment through VPN. I can access the prod
environment through VPN, so I think that eliminates VPN as the culprit. I
just can't access Test. The admin has verified my permissions to Test and
they are still good. We are all baffled.
