broken links--office update page

I went to the office update page in search of add-ins for powerpoint 2003. I
clicked the category only to find an error message stating that the add-in
category could not be found and that I should return to the main office
update page. I came across a list of several templates that could be
downloaded however the links don't work. Where are the templates now
located?
