broswer link lost

like a twat I installed Opera 7, it took over my computer like a viruse and
it took a lot of work to uninstall it, but now I have lost the broswer link
from
outlook, outlook express and Dreamweaver 8 Ineed to know how to reconnect to
the broswer so I can respond to e mail links
I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY IDEAS
