Browser enabled for will not open with IE7

I have published an browser enabled form onto our sharepoint site. No
problems when Adding a hyperlink to the page. All setting have been
correctly so the form get treated like a webpage. The problem arises when
anyone using vista with infopath installed using ie7. IE7 forces a user to
open with info path if it's installed. This only happens with IE7- any
idea's?

Do you have the document library settings set to open in browser?

The browser does not determine how the form will be opened. The browser is
however responsible for sending the user agent information to the server.
The user agent tells InfoPath server what version of InfoPath client is on
the client machine.
