Browser form buttons

Hi all,

I have selected to allow users to save a form by checking that 'Save' is
available in the browser toolbar, however the button just does not appear.

I have tested it by selecting Update, Views, Close etc... which all appear,
just the Save (and Save As if selected) do not appear, can you help?
