Browser Page Resize

My latest site, www.bestonmls.com when viewing from the web, the page does
not resize to the browser window. Just creates the resize bars.

How do I configure my page before I publish it, to "morph" to the viewing
browser? An example would be a previous site I've posted,
www.peanutnmuffin.com (it's amateur at best). This site "morphs" to the size
of the browser window without resize bars.

I'm using FP2002, many Thanx in advance

That's because www.bestonmls.com is just an image used as a web page. the image is taller than the
"viewport," therefore the browser is forced to add scrollbars.

www.peanutnmuffin.com has no width or height specified for the content, and there is not enough
content to exceed the "viewport" size, so no scrollbars appear.

You don't w/ an image
Create the whole page in FP using text and tables for the layout
