Does anyone know how to make MS Frontpage compatible with Mozilla Firefox and
Opera?

FrontPage is compatible, the main issue is the techniques a developer
chooses to use in order to make the page. FP will basically make the page
the way you tell it, it's just there are lots and lots of little tricks to
working with multiple browsers, and they're things that we as designers need
to implement. Also, make sure that under the page options | authoring
(depends upon which version of FP you have though) you haven't set the
browser to IE only. If you do then FP will enable features that don't work
as well in other browsers. By default if I remember correctly, these
features are turned off as it's set to IE and Navigator compatibility.
