Browsing files and folders

I have been using the docmd.transferspreadsheet method in
conjuction with an input box to let my users link excel
files to the database. One of my lazier users doesn't
want to have to type or remember the file location. How
can I create a browse feature for the input box similar to
what you get when you link a file using the wizard?
