Browsing for .csv file to import

Is there anyone that can please help me.
I need to be able to import a .csv file into a table, however the file will
have a different name each time and Access is telling me that it is required
to have the complete path and name of the file to be imported.
Does anyone know of a way that would allow me to browse for the file?
