The original was posted on MS by Chris as an example written in C# using (I
believe) vs2003. I don't know if it was intended as a "solution" with all
that it implies. If you can't find it come on back.

I've developped a bubble like application that can be use for drawing Magic
Quadrant Gartner like and thus for different purpose.
It can import and export Excel file make extensive use of layers and
background pages for historic purpose.
