Hi elvi11,

I'm using Win XP ...

Go to Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes.
(or Start > Settings > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.)

Highlight your printer.

Click File > Server Properties.

Click the Advanced tab.

Deselect the relevant notification check boxes.
