Budget data from SureTrak3.0 to Project 2003?

My company has me using both SureTrak 3.0 and Project 2003, don't ask why.
Anyways I like using Project over SureTrak but when I get a project in
SureTrak I wanted to know if their a great way to export all of the data from
SureTrack into a MS Project Map. I got an MPX file out of ST3.0 into
MSProject 2003 and it looked great but it was missing the budget data.

Some things are just in a different form in Suretrak and can not be
imported. And Project has also moved away from the .mpx spec so what it does
with that data is not always reliable. Sad to say this may be one of the
cases.
