Budget Out of Pocket Costs

I am using Project Server 2007. I have created 2 cost resources,
Project Budget and Project Expense. I assign the Project Budget to
the project summary and assign project expense to tasks. Is there a
way to create a custom field to indicate the something like:
- project budget - project expense + remaining project expense
without including the cost for the resources?
