Budget Worksheet calculations

I need a formula to calculate specified percentage of Annualbudget.
Ann. Budget=$1,450,000
Departments Percent of Budget Total
Administration 10%
Purchasing 24%
Sales 21%
Marketing 23%
Personnel 12%
Training 10%

Insert formulas that will calculate total amt. for each budget based on
specifeid % of annual budget. Determine the impact of a 10% increase in the
ann. budget on total amt. for each Dept.

Say Ann Budget is in C1
Headings in Row 2
Then in Total column, (C3) enter =$C$1*B3 and copy down for all depts.
In D1 enter .1
IN D3 enter =D7*(1+$D$6)
