buffer overrun error WORD 2003

hello everyone,

I hope that someone can help me out.
I have got a buffer overrun error message when i open Word 2003. the error
reads: a bufferoverrun has been detected and has corrupted the programs
internal state.

It is a library c++ message.

I have tried the solutions given on several forum's But it doesn' t work.
Also renaiming the italian files like msgrit32.dll doesn' t work because my
computer doesn' t have those files. Yes I looked very carefully.

Maby i have to mentioun the fact that it is a dutch version.

I do hope that someone can help me out. And for the one with the golden tip.

do you get the
error in safe mode too?

in normal mode, if you
hold down the ctrl key
as you launch word, it
will not load a number
of things. Check to
see if you still get the
error via this method.

yes i tried it but stil i get the same error message and word crash.

Any other solutions?
