I need to be able to let people at the university where I work see my
calendar schedule without details. People should be able to know when they
can come in and talk with me (times that I am not busy), but they should not
be able to see the details of my other appointments. I don't want to require
people to use the meeting assistant. This was easy with Outlook 2003. The
radio button options exist to be able to do exactly this (Calendar
Properties, Permissions), but it does not work. I can either show everyone
all of my details, or else they cannot see anything (my calendar looks
blank). I have worked with our department, and they verify that these buttons
do not seem to work. This looks like a bug to me. Can it really be that these
don't work? Any ideas?
Many thanks.
