Bug: Delegate parameters in new SDK use wrong naming convention

Summary:

The delegate for the event Outlook.Application.FolderContextMenuDisplay uses
the wrong naming conventions for its parameters.

Actual:

public delegate void
ApplicationEvents_11_FolderContextMenuDisplayEventHandler( CommandBar
CommandBar, MAPIFolder Folder );

Expected:

public delegate void
ApplicationEvents_11_FolderContextMenuDisplayEventHandler( CommandBar
commandBar, MAPIFolder folder );
