Bug: deleted items are back after synchronize

Environment: Vista Ultimate / OneNote 2007

I've created a shared notebook, the notebook is created on a shared folder
that is mapped to a drive (z), and it has multiple pages.

When I delete a page or 2 and synchronize, the page may appear back (if you
try one out of 10).
