BUG: In all Office B2 and B2TR - Inking causes errors

Every time I try to add ink to a document, either when I do it or when I try
to save it, I get an error box stating that the resource I am trying to find
is on a network drive that is inaccesible. This makes no sense. At the bottom
of the box is a file browse window that is trying to look for the following:

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\{D7CF96D3-718C-407C-ACF0-A2E8EE744094}\

If I clear this window, I can continue inking and when I save the file it
usually saves the inking, but not always. This makes Office incompatible with
my Tablet PC!!!

You say in B2 as well? Do you have any B2 products still installed?
