Bug in Outlook Calendar scroll bar

I'm experiencing problems with the scroll bar in the
Outlook calendar. When I have the 1 Day view selected,
the scroll bar moves me between days instead of showing
me the hidden hours of the day. When I have the 7-Day
view up, the scroll bar moves me into the hourly view of
the first day of the week. Is this a bug, or do I need
to reset a configuration parameter?
