Bug in Outlook/Exchange Calendar data export

Has anyone else seen or can verify this one. Office 2003 in Outlook
calendar set up a Recurring meeting for once a month. Now take a single
occurrence of that meeting and move it to the following week.(or
previous week) Once that is done Export to CSV file the "week" of the
calendar that the meeting was moved out of. Inspect the contents of the
file, do you find the moved meeting listed in the file, with it's "new"
date?

I don;t use Outlook 2003 anymore but, what would be the purpose for this exercise? Just wondering about a scenario where this would be important.

Creating and publishing a weekly workgroup calendar. That week from each
member is sent to administrative staff to compile a single calendar for
the entire group. This "anomaly" results in the "moved" meeting not
appearing in the export file for the week it was moved to, but appears
in the "week" it was moved "from" with the new date.
