I noticed that when I set up a document with 2-page master, instead of
printing the right and left pages alternately, it prints whatever is on the
master pages on all pages. In other words, in the printout, you get right
and left master-page text on the right-hand pages and also on the left. When
I tried two mirror reversed headers, I got a double version of the headers
on each page, overtyping each other.
