Bug in Reply envelope Template?

T

I'm trying to use the renaissance design reply envelope template.

When I go to print a mail merge for the envelopes, each one says there are 4
pages instead of just the one envelope. So, if I go to print just one
envelope, I have to put 4 in the printer and it prints the first one just
fine followed by 3 blank ones.

I checked through all the usual places...nothing anywhere indicates that
there are 4 pages in this document except at the printer interface, AFTER the
job has been sent to the printer.

Help!

When you use Mail Merge the resulting file contains a section break between
each record that was merged. For envelopes there is a section break between
each envelope. When specifying a specific page range for printing you need
to include the section and page information in the Page Range text box. For
example to print page 2 of section 2 you need to type: p1s2. To print an
entire section (which is typical if using mail merge) you can type only the
section number, such as: s4 to print the fourth envelope or to print the
2 -4, type: s2-s4.

To easily determine the page and section, and to remember the order you need
to use in the Print dialog box, take a look at your status bar. You'll see
Page first and then Section.
