Bug in Spell Checker in Spanish

J

Jorge

The spell checker dialog has a bug when it finds a misspelled word in
Spanish. The “Ignore All†option does not work, it is ignored and stays at
the same place. One has to use the “Ignore Once†option several times.
This does not happen in English.

Hi Jorge,

You may want to also post this in the Word Spelling & Grammar newsgroup using the link below.

When posting there please mention the complete version # of Word (from Help=>About) along with the version of Windows, steps to
reproduce this, if possible, and is this found in a specific document or a variety of documents.

You may also want to try starting Word in Office safe mode (hold ctrl+key when starting) to see if it also has the problem at that
point.

Bob, thanks for your suggestion, I was not aware of this particulara
newsgroup. Quick answer to your questions: I am referring to Office 2007 Beta
2, and this happens consistently, not only with a particular document.

I'm finding this too, except I am using English (Australian Locale). I've
also got the French Locale and Japanese IME installed but they're not active
when this problem is occuring. Is this maybe a problem with all locale
settings other than English (US)?
