Bug: Office 2007 TR breaks Goldmine

Is there a place where a regular user can report a bug?

I wanted to try the betas of Outlook & OneNote. But unfortunately the latest
TR breaks Borland Database Engine programs, specifically Goldmine. In
checking the web, this appears to be a known issue, but I don't know if
Microsoft knows about this, or plans to do anything about it.

After installing the TR, Goldmine would no longer run. As soon as I
uninstalled Office, Goldmine ran fine again.
