Bug on "Top Link Bar"???

When I created a Link named "Test Link" to URL "/../" (without the quotes), I
was unable to navigate to the PWA site anymore. It gives me "Unexpected error
occurred". And so, I can't enter the admin site anymore to delete the link.

Anyone knows any workaround?
