I've noticed that the Outlook reminder window resorts and changes focus when
the Open Item button is pushed. Here's an example: I was on item #2 in a
list of 3 items when I click the Open Item button. Outlook then moves the
highlighted item to the top of the list in the reminder window, but
highlighted focus goes down to the 3rd line in the list of three items. This
has caused me to "Dismiss" the wrong reminder item several times be accident
because focus in the window has changed - and of course I can't remember what
item I dismissed (hence the reason it's in a reminder window). Someone
should really look at this.
