Repro steps:
1. Create a document with at least two pages
2. Create a smart art picture (anything should work)
3. And a bunch of text to parts of the diagram
4. Scroll so you can view only part of the smart art
5. Click on one of the visible text boxes in the smart art. It will allow
you to select a text box and move a caret around in it.
6. Modify the text, this will automatically scroll the view so you can see
the entire smart art. Unfortunately the caret does not move and remains at
the same screen position as before, so it is now NOT in the same text box.
Typing or modifying the text any more doesn't fix it. You can fix it by
reselecting the text box, but it's kind of annoying.
Any chance this will get submitted? I know it seems like low sev/pri and
will probably get punted, but I decided to submit it anyway.
