I've never used Caption with inserted pictures before, so i don't know what
is considered to be acceptable.
But I'll give a bit of a work flow so that others can follow and possibly
find more bugs.
Insert and image, wrap text to top and bottom, resize image to about 33%.
RMB and Insert Caption.
The first few times I did this the caption was within a text box, which was
very handy as I could move it to the side of the picture.
The next image I tried to place it at teh top of a page - Word really
through a wobbler and sent the mage all over the place irrespective of where
I placed it. Furthermore, the Caption wasn't a text box
Eventuall, with word throwing the image all over the place, the Caption
turned into normal piece of text.
After putting this last image in I also have a problem with the text box /
Caption next to the previous image. If the text box / Caption was shorter or
equal in height to the image it would throw all of the text below it down to
the next page. I wish I could have videoed this to show you how strange
images with captions can be
These are only some ofthe bugs with Images and Caption, where I can remember
the workflow.
It really needs somebody to go through Imafges/Captions and list them for
de-bugging
