I use draw98 even in office 2003 (since the native MS word drawing package is
rather unusable). My company recently updated my machine with office 2003
service pack 2, and since that time I am no longer able to resize the canvas
for draw98 drawings. The whole object can be re-sized (grown/shrunk), but
the area defining the boundaries of the drawing are not movable. This is
normally achieved by double-clicking the object and moving the borders to
suit (without resizing the drawing objects contained). Now, when these
borders are moved, they snap back to thier original positions.
