Bug Reporting

In a CPP product (such as Office 2007), there should really be an easier way
to report Bugs. I spent 5 minutes looking through aspects of Outlook, and
other than the Rendering issue link that appears at the top of messages,
reporting a bug is a severe hassle! Alot of beta testers don't even bother
reporting bugs, so I think it should be made a little easier to encourage
them!
