In a Heading 1 Style, setup a number to use 'Chapter 1:'. Then apply Small
Caps to the Style. The 'Chapter' part shows and prints without the Small Caps
being applied and there is no option to specify Small Caps - it is either
greyed out or if you try build a custom number style, you can select Small
Caps in the Font, but it won't take.
