BUG: Tooltip blinks when hovering over hyperlink

R

I believe I have found a bug in Microsoft Word 2007 (Beta) (12.0.4017.1006)
MSO (12.0.4017.1003) BETA. When I create a hyperlink like
http://www.microsoft.com in a word document and then let the mouse cursor
hover over the hyperlink for a second, the blink rate of the caret increases
and the tooltip and status bar blink along with the caret.
