bug when week view starts on Sunday

I have outlook 2003 setup so that the week begins on Sunday, and everything
looks good - week view and month view. But try this. Select any Sunday,
calendar will open that day. Then click on the Week view button in the
toolbar. It displays the PREVIOUS week instead of the coming week!
Somewhere inside it still associates Sunday as the end of the previous week.
Any chance of getting this bug fixed?

It's not a bug, its your view. You are using compressed weekends and that
ignores the start the week on sunday setting, pulling Sunday into the
previous week. (It was 'fixed' in OL2007 - compressed weekends were
removed.)
