I noted a bug with size of text cursor in OneNote SP1. If you change current
Zoom, e.g. from 100% to 150%, cursor keeps it original size and changes to
appropriate size only when you move it or start to type something. Also, the
same bug is occurred when temporarily change Zoom and return it to original
value. Though this is a minor bug, it could confuse user.
