Suppose you "one" item on a page from top to bottom with
alt+leftshift+arrow.
And suppose the page is a long one so you need to scroll to reach the bottom
or top of the page.
In such a situation, when you are moving one item with the keyboard shortcut
as indciated above, ON scrolls the page.
But when you are moving "two" items at a time, ON does not scroll the page.
This is a bug I guess
